Meet Our Staff

 

​Leadership Team

​

Mrs. Erin Decker, B.S. - Administrator.  Mrs. Decker took on the role of Administrator in July of 2015, after first serving as kindergarten teacher for three years. She holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree. Mrs. Decker also earned her Director's credentials in 2016.

Mrs. Marti Moffett, A.A. - Family & Staff Director. Mrs. Moffett began her role with us in 2002. She has vast experience in education, having taught our PreK at RHCS for 16 years. She earned her director credentials in 2018 and transitioned to her role as Director at our Cedar Grove Campus, and then our new Deep Creek Learning Center. Our Red Hill Campus is home again as she took over the role as director in 2020.

Mrs. Angie Monahan, CDA - Operations Direction. Ms. Angie is an experienced educator having taught various age level prior to joining our staff in 2017. She is working toward her A.A. degree. She and her husband have 2 school and college-aged children who keep them busy on the weekends.

​

Mrs. Lisa Nase, A.A. - Office Manager.  Mrs. Nase has served with us since 2004 and has many talents that she brings to our program. As part of our leadership team, she oversees our finances among many other duties.  Mrs. Nase and her husband have two adult children and she is active in her church's children's ministry programs.​

Lead Teachers​

Ms. Julia Gillespie, CDA Candidate - Infant/Young Toddler Teacher. Ms. Julia has been with RHCS for nearly 3 years, spending time in all classrooms before leading our infant classroom in June of 2023. Ms. Gillespie lives in Red Hill and is a mom to a school aged child enrolled in our school. Besides her love for our littlest ones, she enjoys plants and horticulture in her spare time.

Mrs. Patricia Starzecky, B.S. - Older Toddler Teacher.  Mrs. Starzecky is an experienced educator who joined our team in the Fall of 2013 after teaching for many years at the Souderton Brethren in Christ Preschool.  She and her husband have three adult children and she supports Last Chance Ranch in Quakertown.

Ms. Courtney Blackman, CDA Candidate - Preschool Teacher. Ms. Courtney joined RHCS in September 2020 assisting in various classrooms before becoming lead teacher in our Preschool class in 2023. Ms. Courtney lives in Red Hill with her family, and enjoys reading, creating with her Cricut and volunteering at her church.

Mrs. Sarah Johnson, B.A., CDA - Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Ms. Sarah joined us in 2023 and has over 5 years of experience teaching in a childcare setting. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and is mom to a school aged child enrolled in our school. Ms. Sarah enjoys crocheting, playing handbells and singing in her church choir.​

Mrs. Cheryl Smith, B.A. - School Age Teacher. Mrs. Smith leads this program with experience, passion, & creativity.

Mrs. Hope Harper, CDA - School Age Teacher. Mrs. Harper is a long-time and valued teacher with RHCS.
