Meet Our Staff
Leadership Team
Mrs. Erin Decker, B.S. - Administrator. Mrs. Decker took on the role of Administrator in July of 2015, after first serving as kindergarten teacher for three years. She holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree. Mrs. Decker also earned her Director's credentials in 2016.
Mrs. Angie Monahan, CDA - Operations Director. Ms. Angie is an experienced educator having taught various age level prior to joining our staff in 2017. She is working toward her A.A. degree. She and her husband have 2 school and college-aged children who keep them busy on the weekends.
Mrs. Sarah Johnson, B.A., CDA - Director of Family & Staff Relations. Ms. Sarah joined us in 2023 and has over 5 years of experience teaching in a childcare setting. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and is mom to a school aged child and toddler enrolled in our school. Ms. Sarah enjoys crocheting, playing handbells and singing in her church choir.
Mrs. Lisa Nase, A.A. - Office & Finance Manager. Mrs. Nase has served with us since 2004 and has many talents that she brings to our program. As part of our leadership team, she oversees our finances among many other duties. Mrs. Nase and her husband have two adult children and she is active in her church's children's ministry programs.
