Our heart is for authentic education that focuses on the developmental needs of ALL children. We want to make a positive impact on our community and the beautiful green surroundings on the outskirts of Skippack Village. We are a creative collaborative learning center for children in 1st - 8th grade. We combine self-paced programs with the very best in experiential learning environments that are driven by the children's interests.

Our children have vast interests and learning styles. At DCLC, we provide children with the opportunity to express themselves in our art and music studio rooms as well as a "makers space" for building small construction projects. We grow produce both inside and outside in gardens that are maintained by the children.

 

We care about our community. DCLC is an authentic learning environment that is looking for ways to make a positive impact on the communities around us. We look for opportunities to build Biblical character and social emotional development. We want to support families in their quest to raise children who love, respect and care for their communities.

 

We get outside. We look for opportunities to take our learning out of the classroom. We aren't afraid to get dirty while we learn through play. Research tells us that children's healthy development requires opportunities to move their bodies and develop critical thinking skills in authentic environments.
